Welcome

1) How it works

When you sign up, you’ll immediately get a welcome email with a QR code for your welcome reward.

This reward cannot be redeemed on the same day you sign up; it’s valid only on your next visit, and you must make a purchase at the restaurant.

There may be additional requirements, such as a minimum purchase amount or that your purchase exceeds the value of the reward.

All rewards and benefits are subject to these policies.

2) Visit check-ins and earning points

To earn visits and rewards (like 10 visits = a reward), it’s your responsibility to check in each time you visit.

Check-ins can only be done after you pay your bill (at the end of your visit).

Only one check-in per day per customer is allowed.

Late or retroactive check-ins are not accepted.

 

3) QR codes and expiration

All QR codes (welcome, birthday, anniversary, visit rewards) are valid for 7 days after they are issued.

After this period, the QR code will no longer be valid.

 

4) Birthday and anniversary rewards

To redeem birthday or anniversary rewards, you must visit and make a purchase within 7 days of receiving your QR code.

You’ll need to show a valid ID to confirm your birthday or anniversary.

 

5) Limits and conditions

Rewards are personal, non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Only one reward can be redeemed per promotion (welcome, birthday, anniversary, visit reward).

Not valid with other promotions or offers.

 

6) Data use and communications

By signing up, you agree to receive program-related emails or SMS.

You can unsubscribe anytime, but you may lose any pending rewards.

 

7) Right to change

The restaurant reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the program or its benefits at any time. Changes will be communicated through usual channels.
